UltraFeedback is proud to announce that our new Patient Satisfaction Instrument (PSIv4) has been approved for use in practice accreditation under the RACGP's 4th edition standards.

Practice accreditation is stressful and occupies the valuable time of busy practice staff. Let us lighten the load and at the same time help you to improve the quality of the services you provide to your patients.

Now you can have UltraFeedback co-ordinate and complete the patient feedback component of your accreditation process.

You will receive:

  • A survey kit that makes gathering patient feedback easy.
  • An easy to understand summery report.
  • On-line access to all results (including responses to open text questions).
  • Suggested areas for improvement.

All reports show your results benchmarked against the pooled results of all practices that have completed PSIv4.

Simply decide which program suits your needs, for AGPAL accredited or Non AGPAL accredited, and fill out the enquiry form and have one of our experienced consultants contact your practice to assess how we can help!
